I am an Officer in the United States Army and have been serving for over 35 years on active duty, national guard, and the reserves. I triathlon because it keeps me young and competitive to compete against some of these younger Soldiers in my formation. Triathlon is a way of life for me and my family. I use it as a platform to better myself and live a healthy lifestyle.
