I'm a lifelong athlete that stumbled into triathlon over 5 years ago. I was playing in an adult baseball league that took up much of my weekend. With two young identical twin daughters, I thought about getting into road cycling in lieu of baseball so I could be home more with my family. Road cycling eventually morphed into triathlon (arguably the most time consuming sport ever), and here we are over 5 years and multiple triathlons later and I am beyond hooked. I would not say that Triathlon is who I am, however it is a major part of my life, and aside from friends, family, and work, the most important "hobby" if you will, in my life.
