AG 45-49, married to Penny with two boys, been racing triathlon for 5 years- collected a few podiums along the way but I race for fun, friends & to see different parts of the world. Represented GBR age group at duathlon and triathlon (Olympic Middle & long) but mainly focus on Ironman , made the 70.3 IM WC champs in Nice this year and 2020 goal... simple.... Kona. Work wise I’m in health based food and drink where I've launched & involved with various brands (Including Vita Coco coconut water which you may know in USA) . Social media wise, really only Instagram, have around 13k followers. Been racing on my S Works Venge with 5.6 SES Disc but theres a S Works TT Shiv with ENVE 7.8's & rear disc in build as we speak for 2020! I'm also a proud member of teamwyn (wyn Republic) for 2019 & 2020.
