I am a triathlete ,a runner and wanna be fast cyclist. I've been doing triathlon for at least 8-9 years now. I previously run a lot for years and it helps me think positive on the road, pavement, dirt, summer,spring,winter, and etc. I am very much pretty active . 2020 I have Houston marathon,Galveston 70.3, Texas IM ,Boulder 70.3, and Florida IM.
