I started racing triathlon last year by accident having always been a keen cyclist I was talked into a sprint triathlon the night before the race. After 2 small triathlons I wanted to race longer. So I entered IM Weymouth 70.3 and spent the year learning about the sport and training hard to complete my first race. Now I’ve completed one I want more so I’ve entered a full iron distance race for 2020 as well as returning to Weymouth for a shot at qualifying for the world championship. I’m also planning to race abroad. As well as triathlon I run a gym, and have a daughter, a partner and 3 dogs to keep me on my toes.
