I am a physical educator, POSE METHOD certified running technician, IRONMAN certified technician, Level I and II certified technician by the Brazilian Triathlon Confederation, Level I TrainingPeaks Certified, over 25 years old runner and 14 years old triathlete.
In 2016 and 2017 she went to study in the USA taking courses at BOULDER UNIVERSITY - CO - UNITED STATES conducted by Trainingpeaks focusing on swimming, cycling, running, triathlon and strengthening. It was one of the first to use the TRAININGPEAKS training system in Brazil.
