I am 46 year old Active mother and wife. I have served a car vs bike crush and a terrorist attack. Never looked back since my brushes with death. I have rode my bike across America, qualified for Team USA multi sport world championships three times, Duathlon regional champion, and placed second at Duathlon National championships. My biggest accomplishment has been introducing other women to the sport of triathlon, Duathlons and coaching them. I am also a strength and conditioning coach. I am determined to still launch my first ever multi state ride for women that fell through in 2020. 2021 is loaded with you only live once activities. Cycling stage races, Leadville MTB 100, escape from Alcatraz. And I am challenging to do the 10 hardest Cycling climbs in The USA. I started this in 2020 and have been visiting National Forests doing climbs. That has been fun and found new strength and a hobby. Did I mention gravel riding is also my new found passion.
