Middle aged 5th year cyclist. Relocated from Georgia to Arizona 6 years ago and got hooked on outdoor activities. Wife shares same passion for outdoor activities so it created a win/win and a fun quality of life. Current stable includes a variety of bikes suitable for road, gravel, climbing, mountain/forest terrain and time trials. I have worked with cycling coaches, running coaches and swim coaches. January 2020 I completely tore a quad tendon in my right leg. Missed all of the Covid-19 shortened race season but provided SAG for my Wife’s team. Recovery has been slow but going well. I anticipate being race ready January 2021.
