Hello, I am a 45 year old from the Southern California area who loves to work out. I do strength training and swim, cycle and run. My goal in 2020 was to do a half ironman and some smaller races. Due to covid all races were postponed and started to cycle more since pools were closed and run on weekends. Goal for 2021 is to complete a half iron man and other events.
