I'm a cat 2 road cyclist who has switched over to triathlon in the past couple years. I've done several sprint, Olympic distance, and half Ironman. I feel like as I get more knowledgeable and experience with triathlon I can use my bike speed to make great strides in the sport. I'm an ambassador to my local cycling community always involved with teaching and coaching others to achieve there goals.
