I'm a sixty something year old engineer who loves being outside, whether on a bike or a pair of Nordic skis. I'm fortunate to have a large network of like minded individuals which makes these outdoor adventures even more memorable.
Knee replacement surgery on December 30, 2022 kept me out of competition most of the summer, however after 6 months I competed in my first race of the year, Rooted Vermont. I continue to work on strength and conditioning in order to come back and race a full schedule in 2023.
