Hi! I'm Giana. I'm 24 years old and have lived in Northern California my entire life. Completely new to triathlon (well, kind of. I competed my first tri event in August) and less new to running, but still no expert! I've caught the endurance sport bug and I look forward to the challenge presented regardless of distance, location, and other factors. When I'm not training, I work a full time job as a graphic designer in the cybersecurity industry and double as a fitness coach at OrangeTheory. In my free time, I help my family foster neonatal kittens, perfect my chocolate chip cookie recipe, and drink way too much coffee.
