Started racing in 2008 with my first sprint triathlon. Three years later I was racing in my first full Ironman in Lake Placid, and have been hooked ever since. At 55 being active is something I believe not only keeps you fit, but keeps you mentally focused on everything life challenges you with. Lets bring on 2023 and beyond.
