Hi Team!
My name is Robert Ryan and I am an avid Triathlete, Road Cyclist, and Runner, based in Boston, MA.
I primarily race Ironman 70.3 and 140.6 distance triathlons, but also run marathons and participate in long distance road cycling events as well.
In the off season (in addition to training), I spend most weekends skiing (alpine and backcountry).
