5th place finish at North American Championships

St. George did not disappoint. The winds stayed away and the clouds made the 90 degrees temps totally tolerable. The swim went well and T1 went off with out a hitch. Then on to my favorite part...a ride on a nice hilly route with my Enve wheels leading the way. I climbed up the field from 11th out of the water to 2nd place coming off the bike. What a fun ride. Then cruised through T2 and off to an epic hillly 13 miles. The women in my age group were amazing runners and I fell back to 5th place, but was still really happy with my finish.

Onward...Next race is a local olympic in 4 weeks followed by a Marathon the next weekend! I am so excited to racing again!
